Routes are planned based on location, accessibility, road conditions, traffic patterns, student strength, school timings, pick-up and drop-off points, and other operational factors. Maximum transit time varies by school and is finalised in consultation with the school management.

If a bus breaks down, an SOS can be raised through our app. The vehicle is repaired or replaced with a standby vehicle. Drivers must confirm attendance 90 minutes before the first pickup, allowing sufficient time to deploy a verified reserve driver if required.
